Restore RF2 functionality to compatible Sky+HD receivers with the Labgear MRX600 DigiLink I/O-to-RF Converter. Designed for Sky receivers equipped with an I/O port but without a traditional RF2 output, this compact converter allows you to distribute a satellite receiver's television signal through an existing coaxial cable system while retaining compatible remote-control functionality in other rooms.

The Labgear MRX600K converts the Sky receiver's I/O port into an RF output, providing a practical solution for households using older multiroom television distribution systems. This makes it particularly useful when replacing an earlier Sky receiver with a compatible Sky+HD model that no longer features a dedicated RF2 connection.

With DigiLink remote-control compatibility, the converter can be used alongside suitable DigiLink infrared receivers, allowing you to change channels on the connected Sky receiver from another room. When combined with compatible coaxial cabling and distribution equipment, it helps maintain the convenience of an existing multiroom television installation.

The converter also features an RF aerial input and two RF outputs, allowing terrestrial television signals to pass through the system alongside the modulated Sky signal. This makes it possible to maintain access to compatible terrestrial television services through the same distribution arrangement, subject to the capabilities of the connected televisions and equipment.

Designed for straightforward installation, the MRX600 features a built-in 10-pin mini-DIN connector on a 250mm flylead, allowing it to connect directly to the appropriate Sky receiver I/O port. Its compact, fully screened construction helps minimise installation clutter and provides a practical solution for television cabinets and entertainment systems.

For larger installations, the Labgear MRX600K is compatible with suitable DigiLink distribution amplifiers and remote-control eyes. It also incorporates a DC input connection that can be used to supply power to compatible line-powered distribution amplifiers when an appropriate external power supply is connected.

Measuring just 60 × 55 × 25mm, the Labgear MRX600 is a compact accessory designed to help preserve the functionality of compatible legacy Sky television distribution systems.

Please note: This converter is intended for compatible older Sky receivers with the appropriate I/O port. It is not a universal HDMI-to-RF converter and is not designed for Sky Q or Sky Stream equipment.
