Featuring Bosch's innovative SpeedPerfect technology, AntiStain system, Iron Assist steam programme and ActiveWater Plus automatic water management, the WGG24400GB is designed to make laundry day easier and more efficient. Its powerful yet quiet EcoSilence Drive motor, 1400rpm spin speed and practical Reload function provide additional convenience for everyday washing.
Finished in classic white with a contrasting dark door, this Bosch Series 6 washing machine is a stylish and practical addition to modern kitchens and utility rooms.
Generous 9kg Capacity for Family Laundry
With a spacious 9kg drum, the Bosch WGG24400GB is particularly well suited to medium and large households that regularly wash substantial amounts of laundry.
The generous capacity provides plenty of room for everyday clothing, towels, bedding, school uniforms and sportswear, allowing you to wash larger loads without constantly running separate cycles.
Whether you're managing family laundry throughout the week or washing bulky household textiles, the 9kg capacity offers flexibility while helping reduce the number of washes required.
A Energy Efficiency Rating for Lower Running Costs
The Bosch Series 6 WGG24400GB achieves an A energy efficiency rating under the current European energy labelling system, making it an excellent choice for households looking to manage electricity consumption.
With an energy consumption of just 49kWh per 100 Eco 40-60 washing cycles, the machine is designed to deliver effective cleaning while keeping energy usage under control.
Its efficient operation makes it particularly appealing for households that use their washing machine frequently and want to reduce long-term running costs.
SpeedPerfect Technology – Wash Clothes Up to 65% Faster
Bosch's SpeedPerfect technology is designed to reduce washing times without compromising cleaning performance.
When activated on compatible programmes, SpeedPerfect can shorten the washing cycle by up to 65%, making it ideal for busy households that need clean clothes quickly.
Whether you're washing work clothes, school uniforms or everyday garments, this time-saving feature helps make laundry more convenient without requiring you to rely exclusively on short wash programmes.
AntiStain System for Tackling Stubborn Marks
The Bosch WGG24400GB features an intelligent AntiStain system designed to tackle four common types of stubborn stains.
Rather than requiring extensive manual treatment, the machine adjusts washing parameters to help remove selected stains more effectively.
This is particularly useful for families dealing with food spills, everyday marks and heavily worn clothing.
The dedicated stain removal options provide additional flexibility when washing garments that require more attention than a standard cycle.
Iron Assist – Reduce Creases with Steam
The Bosch Iron Assist programme uses steam to help reduce wrinkles in dry clothing, making garments easier to iron and helping minimise the time spent on laundry care.
This convenient feature is particularly useful for shirts, blouses and other suitable garments that tend to crease during normal wear or storage.
By gently treating clothing with steam, Iron Assist can help refresh garments and reduce the amount of ironing required.
For households that regularly wash workwear or school uniforms, this feature provides a valuable addition to everyday laundry routines.
ActiveWater Plus – Intelligent Water Management
Bosch's ActiveWater Plus technology automatically adjusts water consumption according to the size of the laundry load.
Using intelligent load detection, the washing machine determines how much water is required rather than using the same amount for every cycle.
This means smaller loads can be washed efficiently without unnecessary water consumption, while larger loads receive the water needed for effective cleaning.
ActiveWater Plus is particularly useful for households that alternate between full family washes and smaller everyday laundry loads.
EcoSilence Drive Motor for Quiet and Reliable Performance
The WGG24400GB features Bosch's EcoSilence Drive motor, designed to deliver powerful washing performance with reduced operating noise.
The brushless motor construction reduces friction and mechanical wear compared with conventional motor designs, contributing to quiet and efficient operation.
With a spin noise level of 71dB(A) and an A noise emission rating, this washing machine is a strong choice for households where the laundry area is close to everyday living spaces.
Bosch also provides a 10-year warranty on the EcoSilence Drive motor, subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
1400rpm Spin Speed for Efficient Drying
The Bosch Series 6 WGG24400GB offers a maximum spin speed of 1400rpm, helping remove excess water from clothing at the end of the washing cycle.
Efficient moisture extraction can reduce the time required for line drying or tumble drying, making laundry management easier during colder or wetter weather.
The variable spin speed settings allow you to select a suitable speed for different fabric types, helping protect more delicate garments while providing effective water removal for everyday laundry.
Super Quick 15/30 Programmes for Smaller Loads
For occasions when you need clothes cleaned quickly, the WGG24400GB includes Super Quick 15 and 30-minute washing options.
These programmes are designed for smaller loads of lightly soiled clothing, making them useful when you need to refresh a few garments without running a full-length washing cycle.
The quick wash options are particularly convenient for busy mornings, last-minute laundry or refreshing everyday clothing between wears.
Hygiene Programme for Thorough Cleaning
The dedicated Hygiene programme provides a specialised washing option for laundry that requires additional attention to cleanliness.
Designed to deliver effective washing results, this programme is particularly useful for suitable bedding, towels and everyday garments.
It offers additional flexibility for households looking for a more thorough wash when required.
Reload Function – Add Forgotten Laundry
Forgotten a sock or discovered another item that needs washing after starting the machine?
The Bosch Reload function allows you to pause a compatible washing cycle and add or remove laundry when operating conditions permit.
This practical feature helps avoid the inconvenience of waiting until the next wash to clean forgotten items.
The door can only be opened when the machine determines that it is safe to do so.
VarioDrum for Gentle Fabric Care
Bosch's VarioDrum system is designed to provide effective cleaning while treating clothing gently.
The specially designed drum structure and controlled washing movements help distribute water and laundry evenly, reducing unnecessary stress on fabrics.
This makes the WGG24400GB suitable for a wide range of everyday clothing, including garments that require more careful handling.

The Bosch Series 6 WGG24400GB includes a versatile selection of washing programmes designed to accommodate different fabrics, load sizes and cleaning requirements.

A 24-hour Ready In function allows you to plan when a washing cycle should finish, helping you organise laundry around your daily schedule.
The combination of a straightforward programme dial and touch controls makes the machine easy to operate.
AntiVibration Design for Improved Stability
Bosch's AntiVibration Design helps improve washing machine stability while reducing vibration and noise during operation.
The specially designed side panels contribute to smoother performance, particularly during high-speed spinning.
This makes the WGG24400GB particularly suitable for households where reducing unnecessary appliance noise is important.
Drum Clean Programme for Easy Maintenance
Regular washing machine maintenance helps maintain cleaning performance and keep the appliance in good condition.
