Carver’s landscape display features a 1280 x 800 resolution. Intelligent portrait pairing places two vertical photographs side by side, making use of the widescreen format without needing to rotate the frame. Automatic photo cropping helps fit images to the display.
Alongside photographs, Carver supports iOS Live Photos and video clips of up to 30 seconds. A built-in speaker lets you replay videos with sound. The interactive touch bar allows you to move between images directly on the frame, while the app gives you control over slideshow timing and settings.
The display automatically adjusts its brightness to suit the room. By default, it goes to sleep when the room becomes dark and wakes when light returns. You can also set scheduled on and off times through the app.
For a personal gift, add photographs, videos and a message in advance using Aura’s gift setup process. Once the recipient connects the frame to power and WiFi and completes setup, their memories are ready to enjoy.
